Juggling Your Profit: How to Avoid “Dropping The Ball”

Last year I invested in Jack Bosch’s Land Profit Formula and here’s what happened:
- I was able to get the delinquent tax roll for part of my county in pdf format for free
- I found a way to convert the pdf to an excel file and I filtered the list
- I sent out a few small mailings so that the it was manageable to print and sign the letters myself
- I paid one of my sons to stuff the envelopes and address them
- I got a great response from the letters that I mailed
And then I dropped the ball.
