Free and Clear Property for $100?
By Joanne Musa | October 31, 2009
Have you ever heard these infomercials advertising that you can buy properties worth tens of thousands of dollars for as little as $100? Is there any truth to them? Find out about my friend Jack Bosch and how he created a system that does allow you to buy properties “free and clear” for as little as $100. Watch the video and leave a comment and let me know what you think. When I have 10 comments I’ll publish the next post – an excerpt of an interview with Jack talking about how he does it. But I need your comments before I post the audio.

I have actually purchased porperties for as little as $500. However, would like to know more as to how to become more proactive rather than reactive, waiting for some prospective property to come along. Vary interested

Hi Lester,
I think that Jack’s program will be right up your alley. You’ll learn more about it from the next post. Looks like we might have enough comments to post it by the end of today, or at least by tomorrow. Stay tuned…

Hey this sounds interesting, would it would for me as I am in the UK?
November 1st, 2009 at 6:36 pm
Hi Paul,
You can do this from the UK, since you are buying the property directly from the owner, it really doesn’t matter that don’t live in the states. The trick is to concentrate on an area that has tax assessment information and other property information online. Stay tuned for more information about Jack’s method of buying tax delinquent properties. I’ll be posting an interview with Jack shortly.

Well, I dont want to be the 1st negative comment, but, how is this any different from any other infomercial you talked about? I’ve looked at all of your, (Joan) and Jacks products along with dozens of others the last 2 or 3 years. Most of these properties for that money are in run down neighborhoods you find on assets.com that you need to invest money in to get anything out of them. Let me know (w/o roping into buying a product on your 3rd audio) how to do it please>>>>>>

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your comment, you have a good point. Now let me tell you 2 big differences between Jack’s program and the others. The first is that Jack gets these properties way before they go to tax sale, while the gurus in the infomercials get properties after they’ve gone to tax sale and been abandonded for at least a couple of years. The other major difference is that Jack focuses on land not houses. Why land? Because he avoids the three Ts – No Tenant, Toilets, Termites. Also it can’t be vandalized or stolen and there’s no maintenance. Find out more about Jack and how he got started in Part I of the audio interview.
