How To Create a KILLER Buyers List

OK, so now you know how to find the best places to buy tax delinquent land for pennies on the dollar. [See the previous post "So How Do You Find the Best Place to Invest"] But how can you sell your properties for a quick profit? Jack’s training video #3 shows how you can create masses of buyers to sell your properties to, quickly and easily. His secret to creating masses of buyers for his properties is really quite simple. You first have a web page that lists all of your properties and a squeeze page, which for those of you who are not familiar with internet marketing, is an opt-in page where visitors but their name and e-mail address before they go to your web site. This way if visitors leave your site because they don’t find the exact property that they want, you have a way of contacting them again when you have another property for sale – one that may meet their needs. But this is only half of what you need to do to create a massive buyers list for you properties. Just because you have a web site and a way of collecting the visitors e-mail address does not mean that people will come to your site. You have to drive traffic to your web site.

In NJ, is it required by law to be associated with a real estate company to contact the potential sellers and then purchase the lands?
How about the laws in PA?

You do not need to be a real esate agent in NJ or in PA to contact potentioal sellers and purchase their property.
