Hello Joanne and Jack,
I had went to E-bay and I seen some land for sale cheap. I would like to buy the land but they want me to sign up for their pal paid, I think that is what they called it. I wasn’t sure if it would have been safe and the other thing, I am new at this and I do not want to buy something that may not be for real to buy. I have no way of telling Would you tell me how I can do this the right way?

Hi Alice,

Jack describes the whole process in his course and I think that you can ask him a question at the site I gave you in my last post. There are different types of list that you can get, and some are easier to work with than others, also some you have to pay for.

The first place to check is the county, see if you can get the assessors list of properties in the area that you are interested in. First you have to find a good area to invest in.
