By Joanne Musa | November 3, 2009

Jack Bosch
OK everyone, we got 10 comments on the first audio so here’s the second part of the interview with Jack Bosch. In this part of the interview Jack talks about his system for buying tax delinquent properties for pennies on the dollar.
Listen to the audio and let me know what you think. When I have at least 10 comments I’ll post the next part of the interview with Jack.

want to know more. It is frustrating to do all the research & drive by’s and then go to the sale and see them bought up by investors that don’t seem to care how much they bid them up.

Land investing is very intriguing. Is there really a market to sell these lots? Thanks!
November 4th, 2009 at 11:13 pm
Hi Thomas,
Whether or not there is a market for land depends on where you are investing and Jack tells you exactly how to find out where there is a market for land – that’s the first thing that he teaches in his program.

Is his course available now? It was “sold out” the last time I checked. Does he give retired U.S. Marines a discount?

So stay tuned to this blog and look out for an e-mail from me on Friday. Later tonight I will post the part of the interview with Jack. Hi Steve,
I think that you’ll have to wait until Jack unveils his new course and ask him. Stay tuned to this blog for a post from me tomorrow on how to get more info right from Jack about investing in tax delinquent properties. I’ll give you a link directly to his website for the new course and you’ll be able to ask him your questions.
