Great story we wish everyone success, looking forward to the second audio. I to have looked long and hard at Real estate investing for 4 years. I am now ready to start doing the TAX LIENS and looking for a step by step plan to start. After doing a few I am sure that will be the begining of a good business and gradual growth.

I have plenty of step by step programs for tax lien investing. This blog is dedicated to buying in tax delinquent properties before they are sold in the tax lien or tax deed sale. Tax lien investing is a great way to invest for the future. Tax delinquent property investing is a faster way to make money from tax delinquent properties. Stay tuned for the next post to find out more about it. I just need a couple more comments before I post the next audio.

Great story. Sounds similar to my husband’s story who was also born and raised in another country and had to start from scratch etc. Keen to hear the rest of his story.

If people are not paying their taxes then there is a good chance that they are also not paying their mortgage. The mortgage if there is one has to be satisfied at closing. Now a days most homes are upside down.
