Thanks for the comment Cassandra. I know this video is a little plain. I wanted to get done and up to the blog as fast as I could, so I didn’t take the time to add pictures. Good info – will follow up to see Jack’s video also. I am familiar with the concept of being your own bank, yet am just starting to learn about tax liens/deeds. Very informational.

Hi Lucky, I’m glad you like the video. I’ll be posting more videos about Jack Bosch’s method of buying tax delinquent properties for pennies on the dollar and selling them using owner financing for a monthly cash flow. Very interesting video want to know more about Jack Bosch investing stragety for me leave my job in 1 years. Very helpfull video and concept but want to know who I can trust to send my money to to do this as I live overseas.
